Dagu Rice Noodle NEW DRINKS

@daguyeg⁣10408 Jasper Ave, Edmonton⁣⁣⁣Dagu just came out with new drinks for the season and I’m so happy I had the opportunity to try it.⁣ Usually I’m not a fan of trying drinks at a restaurant as it’s not typically their “specialty”, but this restaurant is one of the few exceptions. Of all the drinks I’ve tried so far, I’ve really enjoyed. I love that they have a variety of different drinks to choose from such as milk teas, fruit smoothies, frappes, fruit teas, and the list goes on. ⁣⁣🧋 [$7.99] Cheese Osmanthus Oolong⁣🧋 [$7.99] Cheese Pomegranate ⁣🧋 [$7.99] Cookie Frappe⁣🧋 [$8.49] Creme Brûlée Milk Tea⁣⁣I highly recommend this place. Their takeout portions are of great value and super delicious. ⁣⁣These drinks were gifted to me, however, opinions are my own. Aside from creating content from gifted products, I’ve personally would and have purchased my meals and drinks myself from here as I genuinely do enjoy it.⁣⁣For more info:⁣www.daguyeg.ca⁣⁣#helencaneat Originally published on Instagram on November 30, 2020

Dagu Rice Noodle – New Coconut Drink Series

@daguyeg⁣10408 Jasper Ave, Edmonton⁣⁣⁣Dagu has come out with some new 🥥 coconut flavoured drinks!⁣ eft to right [From $7.99] : Coconut Milk Tea, 🍍 Pina Coloda, Taro Coconut Latte, and Coconut 🍉 Watermelon Slush.⁣⁣Honestly, I don’t think there’s been a drink that I’ve tried that isn’t good. I like how their drinks use real fruits (not a fan of powdered drinks) and fresh ingredients. It’s hard to pick a favourite from this series since all four were uniquely different. The drinks containing fruit were very refreshing, and the other two were nice and creamy. Definitely worth trying!⁣⁣For more info, visit:⁣www.daguyeg.ca⁣⁣#helencaneat#gifted Originally published on Instagram on August 13, 2020

Dagu Rice Noodle Edmonton

@daguyeg⁣10408 Jasper Ave⁣ It’s been awhile since I’ve had their noodle soups, and since they came out with some new items on their menu, I had the opportunity to try them out.⁣ Right: [$16.99] A11 Fish Soup – I’ve had their spicy fish soup and enjoyed it, so I thought I’d try this out. If you enjoy a fish soup base, you’ll probably like it. It’s not too “fishy” at all, and also not too salty. I do however, enjoy their spicy fish soup base more as I like the extra kick. You can check out @daguyeg for a video of them making the soup base on their grid!⁣⁣Middle: [$12.99] B5 Sour Spicy Cross Bridge Rice Noodle Soup w/ Beef Slices – My husband’s go-to order, and if you like a spicy soup base, you’ll know why – the sourness also adds a nice balance to the spice. This soup base goes really well with the rice noodle it’s served with. I’m actually curious why I haven’t ordered it myself because every time I take a sip of his soup, I really like it – …note to self.😂⁣ [$0.99/ea.] Beef & Lamb Skewers – Both skewers were seasoned with the same flavour. It didn’t taste bad, but it also didn’t really stand out too much. They also offer a wide variety of other types of skewers too, so something I’d like to try for next time.⁣⁣Middle: [$8.49] Sunrise (Coconut Mango w/ Fresh Strawberry) – I’ve never tried their drinks, but I heard all their fruit smoothies are using fresh fruit, so I chose this one. Lemme tell ya…it was 💣. It had me at the first sip…I think there’s also chunks of grapefruit in there too because there was a nice tangy flavour. I would totally order this again.⁣⁣Right: [$8.49] Taro Milk Tea – I’m personally not a taro fan (especially in Asian desserts when it’s all chunky 😕), but I’ve found I prefer it when it’s blended with coconut milk. This drink was pretty good and not overly sweet either.⁣ They give a lot of soup for take out, and they also give TWO FULL bowls of noodle as well. Their drinks were also a very generous size, but slightly more expensive than your average bubble tea drinks.⁣⁣For more info, visit:⁣www.daguricenoodle.ca⁣⁣#helencaneat Originally published on Instagram on June 10, 2020
